At Trisiddhi Exim, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. An unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof for verification.

Returns will not be accepted for used products or due to personal preferences.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
